It is submitted that Mr. Prashant Bhushan, Advocate for the petitioner has on 07.01.2017 filed Note on Arguments on behalf of the petitioner and the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

W.P. (Crl.) 172 of 2016

The instant Writ Petition was lastly listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03.01.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Let a copy of this petition be served on Mr. P. K. Dey, learned counsel who is appearing for the Central Bureau of Investigation in the connected matter.

That apart, let a copy of the petition be served on Mr. M. K. Maroria, learned counsel who was assisting Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned Attorney General for India, in the said case.

Let the matter be listed along with Writ Petition (C) No. 753 of 2016."

Pursuant to aforesaid order, it is submitted that proof of service of the petition, upon Mr. P. K. Dey, Advocate for Central Bureau of Investigation and Mr. M. K. Maroria, Advocate has not been filed by counsel for the petitioner, so far.

The Writ Petitions alongwith applications above-mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report for orders.
