Vs. The Union of India & Ors." pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur to this Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted that the matter abovementioned has been tagged with T.P. (C) No. 582 of 2017 as both are involving similar issue.
