It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Ms. Priyanjali Singh, Advocate on 01.07.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 29.03.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 74 of 2016 (O&M) barred by time by 2 days along with the applications for condonation of delay in filing SLP and deletion of proforma respondents.

It is further submitted that leave in SLP (C) No. 2294 of 2016 @ CC No. 873 of 2016 Entitled Rajesh Versus State of Haryana & Ors. arising out of common followed Judgment was granted by the Hon'ble Court on 22.01.2016.
