Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner.

It is submitted by him that there was stay of delivery of possession in various suits covering the period from 1976 to 1995 and if the said period is excluded, then the execution petition, which has been filed in the year 2005, would be within limitation.

Mr.Nishe Rajen Shonker, learned counsel assisting Mr. R.Basant, learned senior counsel undertakes to file the documents from which it will be revealed that there has been stay of delivery of possession covering the period from 1976 to 1995.
