Ld. Counsel for the respondent No.1 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the other respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

As per postal tracking report notices issued to the respondent Nos. 4,26,29,31 and 35 have been received back with postal remarks "Retired". It is reported by Ld. Counsel for the petitioners that they have been served by dasti summons. Ld. Counsel shall file dasti proof within a period of two weeks.
