The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on

10th July, 2015, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Despites ervice no one has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2. Respondent No.1 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit, if any within a period of four weeks

The Learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice in respect of respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 8. List again on 17.9.2015."

It is submitted that M/s. Lawyer's Knit & Co., Advocates has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is further submitted show cause notice was issued to the counsel for the Petitioner for effecting dasti service on the said unserved Respondents with a request to file an affidavit of service on Respondents and counsel for the Petitioner has on 3 rd August, 2015 filed affidavit of service of Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 to 8 but Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed the affidavit of service of Respondent No. 3.

Service is not complete on Respondent No. 3.
