The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15th May, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted. Status quo, as it exists today, shall be maintained by the parties."

Accordingly, notice was issued on 25th May, 2015 to all Respondents. There are eight Respondents in the matter. A. D. Card duly signed has been received from the Respondent No. 2 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far. A period of more than thirty days has already elapsed from the dated of issue of the notice by registered post, but neither A. D. Card nor unserved registered cover has been received back from the Respondent Nos. 1 & 3 to 8 so far.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that show cause notice was issued to the counsel for the Petitioner for effecting dasti service on the said unserved Respondents with a request to file an affidavit of service. Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed the affidavit of service but proof of service has not been filed so far.

Service is not complete on Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 8.
