The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 27th April, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in Appeal Suit : A.S. No. 722 of 2010.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Mr. M. A. Chinnasamy, counsel for the Petitioner has on 7 th May, 2015 filed additional documents alongwith an application for permission to file additional documents in view of his undertaking letter dated 6 th May, 2015. He has also filed another application for exemption from filing official translation in respect of annexure P-18 to P-24. The same have been registered as I. A. No. 3 and 4 respectively and are being circulated herewith.

It is further submitted that Mr. M. A. Chinnasamy, counsel for the Petitioner has filed a letter dated 8 th May, 2015 requesting therein to replace the pages G to O in Synopsis. The said pages have been placed before the Hon'ble Court for its kind perusal.

The aforesaid matters alongwith applications are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
