Heard Mr. Naresh Kaushik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
The counsel submits that another Special Leave Petition i.e. SLP (Civil) Diary No. 39970 of 2022 arising out of the same impugned judgment dated 02.05.2022 is pending before this Court and this Court had issued notice on 13.01.2023 in the said case.
Taking note of above, notice be also issued in these matters. Tag it along with SLP (Civil) Diary No. 39970 of 2022.
Mr. Akshay Sapre, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 1 to 9 and respondent No. 12 and accepts notice for these respondents. Notice accordingly is waived for respondent Nos. 1 to 9 and respondent No. 12. However, steps be taken for remaining respondents.
