UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited the attention of this Court to the array of the parties as they appeared in the impugned judgment passed in Writ Petition No. 16462 of 2012 so as to indicate that deceased respondent viz. Veluru Eswaramma (respondent no. 3 therein) had died during the course of writ proceedings and her heirs were already on record who are respondent nos. 4 to 6 in this Special Leave Petition.
