SLP(C) No. 30909/2016 has been dismissed as withdrawn vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 05.04.2017.

Four weeks' time is granted to respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 30908/2016 and sole respondent in SLP(C) No. 30910/2016 for filing counter affidavit.

Fresh steps be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner for service on unserved respondent No. 2 in SLP(C) No. 30908/2016 within two weeks' time. Thereafter, notice be issued. As requested by the learned counsel, dasti in addition is allowed.

List again on 11th of September, 2017.
