It is submitted that there are Twenty respondents in C.A. No. 5875/2011 and Fourteen respondents in C.A. No. 5876/2011. Common respondent no. 1 is represented through Mr. K.V. Mohan, Advocate and he has also filed counter affidavit. Respondent Nos. 7 and 9 are represented through Mr. Siddhartha Chowdhury and Mr. B. Balaji, Advocates in C.A. 5875/2011 respectively.

It is further submitted that Mr. Pradeep Misra, Advocate for the appellant has filed statement of case. Neither Counsel for the respondent nos. 1,7 and 9 have filed statement of case nor any other respondent have filed statement of case so far.

Service of Notice of Logdement of Petition of Appeal are complete in the matters.

Civil Appeal Nos. 6258/2012

The matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29th August, 2012, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Admit. The applications for permission to place additional documents on record are allowed. Tag with Civil Appeal Nos. 5434 of 2007 and 5843 of 2007."

It is submitted that there are Fifteen respondents in the matter. Respondent no. 2 is represented through Mr. K.V. Mohan, Advocate and he has also filed counter affidavit. Certificates of service in respect of Respondent Nos. 1,3, 4,610,12,14 and 15 has been received from the Appellate Tribunal.

It is further submitted that certificates of service in respect of respondent Nos. 5, 11 and 13 are still awaited from the concerned Tribunal.

It is also submitted that Mr. Pradeep Misra, Advocate for the appellant has filed statement of case.

Service of Notice of Logdement of Petition of Appeal is not complete in the matter.

Civil Appeal Nos. 6260/2012

The matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29th August, 2012, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

It is submitted that there are Twenty Five respondents in the matter. Respondent nos. 1,2 and 3 are represented through Mr. Nikhil Nayyar, Mr. K.V. Mohan and Mr. Saurabh Misra, Advocates respectively. Mr. K.V. Mohan, Advocate for respondent No. 2 has filed counter affidavit also. Certificates of service in respect of Respondent Nos. 4,5,8,10,1416,1819 and 2124 have been received from the Appellate Tribunal.

It is further submitted that certificates of service in respect of respondent nos. 6,7,9,1113,17,20 and 25 are still awaited from the concerned Tribunal.

It is also submitted that Mr. Pradeep Misra, Advocate for the appellant has filed statement of case.
