As the respondents have entered appearance, no further notice need be issued.

Let these matters be listed along with Transferred Case (C) No.1 of 2010 and other connected matters on 9 th November, 2016. The prayer for stay as made in these petitions shall be considered on that day.

Mr. Amarendra Sharan, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner-State has submitted that two writ petitions, being C.W.J.C. No.17097 of 2016 and C.W.J.C. NO.17113 of 2016 are pending before the High Court and the High Court has fixed the date for hearing tomorrow (25.10.2016).

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct that the High Court shall not proceed with the hearing of the above two writ petitions till 9th November, 2016.

Accordingly show cause notice returnable on 09.11.2016 was issued to the sole respondent in SLP(C) 30090 of 2016, two respondents in SLP(C) 30386 of 2016 and three respondents SLP(C) 32155 of 2016 by speed post.

SLP(C) 30090 of 2016

It is submitted that there is sole respondent in this matter and he is represented by Mr. M. Shoeb Alam, Advocate but no counteraffidavit has been filed, so far.

Service of notice is complete.

SLP(C) 30386 of 2016

It is submitted that there are two respondents in this matter.

It is further submitted that as per tracking report "No remarks" regarding delivery report has been obtained in respect of the respondent no.1.

Mr. M. Shoeb Alam, Advocate has filed caveat on behalf of respondent no.2 but no counteraffidavit has been filed, so far.

Service of notice is incomplete.

SLP(C) 32155 of 2016

It is submitted that there are three respondents in this matter.

It is further submitted that as per tracking report "No remarks" regarding delivery report has been obtained in respect of all the three respondents.

Service of notice is incomplete.
