UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The petitioner convict was supposed to surrender on or before 28.11.2022. However, due to circumstances beyond his control, he has not been able to surrender. Time to surrender is extended upto 02.01.2023. Surrender Certificate shall be furnished before the Registry only thereafter, the main matter be notified for hearing.
