UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The petitioner has been convicted under Sections 279, 337 and 304(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The order has been upheld in appeal as well as in Revision. The petitioner has been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a period of six months.
The application for exemption from surrendering has already been dismissed vide order dated 14.11.2022.
As a last opportunity and purely in the interest of justice, time till 28th November, 2022 is granted to the petitioner to surrender and file proof thereof. In case of default, the special leave petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
Registry is directed to forward a copy of this Order to the concerned authorities about this order, who shall then take appropriate measures in accordance with law.
