" Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 28.7.2016 of this Court in respect of Respondent No.1. List again on 24.10.2016."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 10.09.2016 filed spare copies for service upon Respondent No. 1 and accordingly, fresh show cause notice was issued to Respondent No. 1 on 15.09.2016. As per tracking report (enclosed)'Item delivered' at New Delhi GPO on 19.09.2016. However, A.D. Card duly signed has been received in respect of earlier notice issued in respect of Respondent No. 1, but no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
