The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 28.07.2016, when the following Order was passed:

" Learned Counsel for the petitioner shall take fresh steps for service on respondent no. 1 within four weeks. Notice thereafter, be issued. Respondent nos. 2 & 3 failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the Rules. List again on 8.9.2016."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for service upon Respondent No. 1. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued.

It is further submitted that Mr. Chander Parkash, Advocate has on 05.08.2016 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3, however, after the period stipulated under the rules.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent No. 1.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
