The learned counsel for the petitioner furnishes the list of similar cases (i.e. SLP (Crl.) No.12643 of 2023, SLP (Crl.) No.12388 of 2023 and others) as the present one, and prays to tag the present SLP with the said matters.

2. It appears that notice could not be issued to the respondent as the learned counsel for the petitioner had not furnished the spare copies.

3. Let him furnish the spare copy in one week and thereafter fresh notice be issued to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.
