Prayer in these applications are for substitution of the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 along with application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application and for setting aside an abatement along with application for condonation of delay in fling the said application. All these applications are Signature Not Yowed.

Legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 are brought on record.

3. Counsel has put an appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 and has informed that the vakalatnama has already been filed on behalf of the said respondents.
