Ld.counsel for the petitioner has filed the proof of deposit of cost of Rs.2,000/ in the SCLSC, but he has not filed the requisite number of copies for service upon the respondents so far. Therefore, the matter shall again be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter.

In all other matters, the served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to unserved respondents.

It is submitted that show cause notice to respondent nos. 1222 was issued on 12.04.2016. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Adv has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos 12 and 13 and Mr. Ajay Marwah, Adv has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.41. However, no Counter Affidavit has been filed on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of rest of the respondents. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by Advocate for the petitioner so far.

It is submitted that show cause notice to respondent nos. 1223 was issued on 18.04.2016. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 12 and 13 and Mr. Ajay Marwah, Adv has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent no.42. However, no Counter Affidavit has been filed on their behalf so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of rest of the respondents. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by Advocate for the petitioner so far.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2. However, no Counter Affidavit has been filed on their behalf so far. Mr. Vinay Garg, Counsel for the petitioners has filed affidavit along with proof of dasti service in respect of respondent nos. 113. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by Advocate for the petitioner so far.

It is submitted that show cause notice to respondent nos. 113 was issued on 22.02.2016. Mr. Vinay Garg, Counsel for the petitioners has filed affidavit along with proof of dasti service in respect of respondent nos. 113. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Adv has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 12. However he has not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by Advocate for the petitioner so far.

It is submitted that show cause notice to respondent nos. 113 was issued on 29.04.2016. The names of proforma respondent nos. 14231 have been deleted from the array of parties vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 11.04.2016 passed in I.A. No. 2. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Adv has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 12. However he has not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far. Mr. Navneet Choudhary, Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit along with proof of service in respect of all the respondent nos. 1 to 13. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by Advocate for the petitioner so far.

However he has not filed Counter Affidavit on their behalf so far. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back in respect of respondent nos. 16 and 57. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of rest of the respondents. It is submitted that show cause notice to respondent nos. 171 was issued on 07.05.2016. Mr. Sanjay Kumar Visen, Adv has filed Vakalatnama & Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 12. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of respondent nos. 3 to 71. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by Advocate for the petitioner so far.

It is submitted that show cause notice to all the respondent nos. 113 was issued on 24.02.2016. Card duly signed has been received back in respect of respondent no.8. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of respondent nos. 37 and 913. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by Advocate for the petitioner so far.

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to all the respondent nos. 113. The names of proforma respondent nos. 14 – 230 are deleted from the array of parties vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 14.03.2016. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of respondent nos. 113. Affidavit of dasti service has not been filed by Advocate for the petitioner so far.
