It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Kamal Mohan Gupta, Advocate on 08.06.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 5075 of 2010 along with the application for deletion of proforma respondents.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 104 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 8 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 112 days in filing and refiling the SLP.
It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC Nos. 1340413405 of 2016 Entitled A.K. Precision Pvt. Ltd. Versus State Of Haryana And Ors. as both are arising out of same Judgment.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
