It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. P.K. Manohar, Advocate on 06.01.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 27.03.2015 and 27.11.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 5075 of 2010.
It is further submitted that SLP filed against the Order dated 27.11.2015 is within time, whereas there is a delay of 195 days in filing the SLP against the order dated 27.03.2015 and counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the SLP.
It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) No. 495 of 2016 Entitled Shree Krishna Steels And Ors. Versus Mulakh Raj Dhamija And Ors. as both are arising out of same Judgment.
It is further submitted that Mr. P.K. Manohar, counsel for the petitioner has on 16.01.2016 filed an application for placing on record additional documents as Annexures R5 to R42. The same is being circulated with this office report.
