The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 17th November, 2014 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order;-

"Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that the High Court, vide the impugned order, has allowed the first respondent promotion, even though the first respondent, on having been granted the said promotion, had refused to accept the same.

Issue notice on the special leave petition, as also on the prayer for condonation of delay of 1796 days in filing the instant petition.

Contempt proceedings initiated by the first respondent shall remain stayed, in the meantime."

It is submitted that there are four respondents. Show cause notice has been issued to all the four respondents on 22nd January, 2015 and service of notice is awaited.
