Pandey,AOR UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R A perusal of the office report dated 7.3.2014 reveals that service of notice is not complete in S.L.P.(C) No. 18413/2013, S.L.P.(C) No.18415/2013, S.L.P.(C) No.18421 of 2013 and S.L.P.(C) Nos.33513-33514 of 2013. In the last matter, referred to above, service could not be effected because learned counsel for the petitioners failed to file even the process fee. This is clearly unacceptable. In the interest of justice, however, one last adjournment is granted to the petitioners to take steps for completion of service of notice in the aforesaid special leave petitions, subject to payment

Advocate-on-record Welfare Trust within two weeks from today. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioners to serve the respondents in the aforesaid special leave petitions through dasti process in addition.
