Nobody appears for respondent Nos.1 and 2, despite due service.

Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to the Ld. Advocate, Mr. Anil Kaushik, appeearing on behalf of Ms.Arunima Dwivedi, Advocate-on-Record for respondent No.3 for obtaining 'No Objection Certificate' from the erstwhile counsel and also for filing counter affidavit.

Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is also granted to respondent Nos.4 and 6 for filing and counter affidavit and to respondent No.5 for filing vakalatnama and counter 16:48:50 fidavit.<br>Reascal fidavit.
