It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) ..CC No. 16080 of 2014 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 22.09.2014 and the same is pending for disposal (Copy of the order dated 22.09.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is lastly submitted that Writ Petition (C) No. 435 of 2012 referred to as Annexure P2 in the SLP paperbooks at page Nos. 161238 was allowed by the Hon'ble Court on 21.04.2014 and I.A's in the matter are pending for disposal (Copy of the order dated 14.08.2015 is enclosed).
