The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 9 th April, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in Second Appeal No. 585 of 2008.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that two applications for condonation of delay have been filed i.e. one is for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition and another in refiling the Special Leave Petition. There is a delay of 34 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and 10 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition. The total delay is of 44 days.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 24th September, 2015 filed certified copy of impugned order dated 9 th April, 2015 of the High Court. Therefore application for excemption from filing certified copy of impugned order has become an infructuous.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Shakil Ahmed Syed, Advocate has on 24th September, 2015 filed an Application for Impleadment as party Respondents alongwith vakalatnama/appearance and the same is being circulated herewith. NS

The aforesaid matter alongwith applications is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
