The ld. Counsel for the respondent no.1 is present.

He seeks four weeks' time to file the counter affidavit.

Time as prayed for is granted to him.

Fresh steps for confirming service of unserved respondent No.2 shall be taken by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner through registered post within a period of one week failing which the matter shall be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber.

Service is complete as against respondent No.2 as is palpable from the perusal of the office report but nobody has entered appearance on his behalf.

Affidavit in proof of dasti service has not been filed by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner in respect of respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to 5. He seeks two weeks' time to do so. Time as prayed for is granted to him. In default of filing the affidavit within the time provided above the matter shall be listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber.
