We see no reason to interfere with the impugned order so passed by the High Court. Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.

However, as prayed for, three months' time is granted to vacate the suit premises subject to filing usual undertaking in the Registry of this Court within four weeks from today, stating that the petitioners shall not create any third party rights, will clear all the rent/dues/occupational charges in the meanwhile and will peacefully vacate the suit premises concerned at the end of three months from today, positively.

Application for deleting the name of deceased Respondent No.9 before the High Court (Late Anuseyabai M. Falunkhe) is allowed at the risk of the petitioners.
