UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Mr. Kapil Sibal, learned Senior counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 in Civil Appeal No.5347 of 2016 resumed his arguments at 2.55 p.m. and was on his legs when the Court rose for the day leaving the matters as Part-Heard. During the course of hearing, learned Senior counsel has given us (i) brief Note on impact of Force Majeure on Coastal Gujarat Power Limited, (ii) Comparison of competitive bidding guidelines as on 19-1-2005 and competitive bidding guidelines amended on 18-8-2006, (iii) a chart containing provisions of the Act and (iv) Annual Impact on Consumer (State-wise) if C.E.R.C's Order dated 6-12-2016 is implemented for the month of August, 2015, in the Court today, after serving its copies to the other side. Learned Senior counsel is requested to give us the chart containing calculations indicating therein the percentage of relief they have got from the C.E.R.C. Learned Senior counsel informs us that the calculations will be given tomorrow. As prayed, list the matters tomorrow i.e., 30 th March, 3017 as Part-Heard.
