UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Mr. M.G. Ramachandran, learned counsel appearing for the appellant in Civil Appeal No. 5346-5348 of 2016 resumed his arguments at 10.50 a.m. and concluded at 12.40 p.m. Thereafter, Mr. Pranav Sachdeva and Mr. Prashant Bhushan, learned counsel appearing for the appellant in C.A. Nos. 5399-5400 of 2016, Mr. Raj Kumar Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the appellant in C.A. No. 5415 of 2016 and Mr. Anand K. Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the appellant in C.A. No. 5364 of 2016 submitted their respective arguments and concluded the same.
Thereafter, Mr. Vikran Nankani, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 in C.A. No. 5348 of 2016 started his arguments and was on his legs when the Court rose for the day leaving the matters as part-heard.
