Mrs. E.R. Sumathy, Adv. appearing for Mrs. S. Usha Reddy, AOR has submitted that she has filed an application for deletion of respondent no.10. The same is opposed by learned counsel for appellant. Hence, the application for deletion of respondent no.10 is rejected in C.A. No.1382/2013.
