Opportunity to respondent nos. 1 to 6, 8 to 14, 16 to 19, 21 to 25, 27, 28, 54 to 57 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.

Registry to submsit the status of counter affidavit by respondent nos. 15, 26, 36, 50, 59 to 64 in the next office report.

None appears for respondent no. 69 despite due service.

List again on 23.11.2016."

It is submitted that fresh notice has been issued to respondent No. 68 on 26.09.2016 through registered post and as per tracking report notice has been delievered to the respondent No. 68 on 03.10.2016 but no one has entered appearnace so far. Ms. Tatini Basu, counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 to 6, 8 to 14, 16 to 19, 21 to 25, 27, 28 and 54 to 57 has on 20.10.2016 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of them despite opportunity declined on 19.09.2016.

It is further submitted that counsel for the respondent Nos. 15,26,36,50,59 to 64 have not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete in the matter.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
