UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The ld. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that today only he has filed an affidavit of service in the concerned Section, copy of which is given for my perusal.

As revealed from the affidavit of service, petitioner had served notice on respondent Nos. 53, 15,16,17,34 and 46 personally and has obtained endorsement. It is further revealed that respondent no.14 has expired. It is further revealed that the service could not be effected on respondent Nos. 5,6,9,13,18,20,21,22,23,26,28,32,33,35,36,39,44 and 50.

The ld. Counsel for the petitioner has now prayed that dasti service may be issued against all unserved respondents through the Trial Court. Request granted.

The ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be taking necessary steps for substituting the legal heirs of

deceased respondent No.14 and will be filing appropriate application in that behalf in due course.
