The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11.09.2014,

when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Taken on board. Issue notice, returnable on 10.11.2014. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. Before the next date of hearing, the petitioners shall place on record the entire paperbook, which was available before the High Court so that no counter affidavit or rejoinder affidavit would be required. In the meantime, the operation and implementation of the

impugned Judgment shall remain stayed."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to respondent nos. 1 to 35 through

Regd. A.D. post and dasti in addition also issued to the counsel for the petitioner on 23.09.2014 for effecting service on respondents. Mr. V.N. Raghupathy, Advocate for respondent nos. 1 to 4 and Mr. Vipin Kumar Jai, Advocate have put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 5 to 7, 9 to 12 and 17 to 35. In respect of usual notice neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received from respondent nos. 8 and 13 to 16. In respect of dasti notice counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service stating therein respondent nos. 1 to 7, 9 to 12 and 17 to 35 have been served with show cause notice except respondent nos. 8 and 13 to 16.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent nos. 8 and 13 to 16.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 07.11.2014 filed additional documents with affidavit in volume I to III. But affidavit is deposed by the registered clerk of advocate. Copy of the same is being circulated with this office report.

SLP No. 26607 of 2014

The instant matter was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13.10.2014 with an office report dated 10.10.2014, when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice returnable on 28th November, 2014. Tag with SLP (C) No. 24829 of 2014."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the respondent nos. 1 to 37 on 18.10.2014. Mr. V.N. Raghupathy, Advocate for respondent nos. 1 to 4 and Mr. Vipin Kumar Jai, Advocate have put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 11 to 26 and 28 to 37. In respect of respondent nos. 3 to 10 & 27 serivce of show cause notice is still awaited.

As the main matter is on board, the SLP (C) No. 26607 of 2014 is being listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
