Ld. counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 has expired. Ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr. Pukhrambam Ramesh Kumar submits that he has been appointed as standing counsel for State of Manipur. He seeks four weeks' time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Four weeks' time is granted, as last opportunity.

Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court after completion of period of four weeks whether counter affidavit is filed or not as further opportunity to file counter affidavit stands declined.
