Despite last opportunity having been granted, respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 5, 6, 13, 14, 16 to 21, 31, 32, 34, 36 and 37 have not filed counter affidavit, as such, further opportunity to file counter affidavit stands declined.

Service is complete on respondent Nos.4, 7 to 12, 15, 22 to 30, 33, 35 and 38 to 46 but none has entered appearance.

None appeared for the respondents as mentioned in the office report dated 1.8.2019. The record shows that vakalatnama has been filed on 3.5.2019 but counter affidavit has not been

filed till today. There is neither written application for extension of time to file pleadings in terms of Order V Rule 1(22), Supreme Court Rules, 2013 nor is there oral request to that effect. It appears that they are not willing to file counter affidavit and, therefore, opportunity to file counter affidavit stands declined.

Registry to process all the matters for listing before the Hon'ble Court after completion of period of four weeks whether counter affidavit is filed or not as further opportunity stands declined.
