Despite due service on respondent no.4, there is no appearance.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent nos.1 to 3. However, Mr. S. I. Ali, Ld. Advocate appearing for Mr. Mr. Aftab Ali Khan, Ld. AOR submits that vakalatama has been filed on behalf of all the respondents on 30.09.2023. Registry to verify. If so filed, four weeks time, is granted to file counter affidavit on behalf of all the respondents.
