1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that two contradictory orders have been passed by the High Court with respect to acquisition of land in respect of same area.

2. Issue notice, returnable within four weeks.

3. By way of ad-interim order, status quo as of today, shall be maintained by the parties with regard to the possession of the suit property.
