UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP (C) Nos.17888-17889 OF 2023

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos.1 to 3 to file counter affidavit.

Only memo of appearance has been filed in respect of respondent no.4. Four weeks time, is granted to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

After the expiry of said period, matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.

Respondent no.1 has already filed counter affidavit.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos.6 and 7 to file counter affidavit.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to respondent nos.2 to 5. As requested, dasti in addition is permitted.

List again on 31.01.2024.

Despite due service on respondent no.3, there is no appearance. However, Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent no.1 submits that respondent no.3 has passed away and they will be providing details in this regard to the counsel for petitioner. Thereafter, four weeks time, is granted to Ld. Counsel for petitioner to take necessary steps in this regard.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos.1, 4 and 5 to file counter affidavit.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner to file affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of respondent no.2.
