UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following

In SLP(C)No.12591 ands 14091/2010 respondent No. 1 to 4 and 6 have filed Vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Respondent No. 5 is still awaited even though petitioner in SLP(C)No.12591/2010 submitted that service is completed by dasti on respondent No.5. On perusal of file, it is seen that proof of dasti has not been filed in evidence of service of notice on respondent No.5. Hence, await return of notice of respondent No. 5 in both the cases. Counsel for the petitioner granted three weeks time for filing proof of dasti service, if any. In SLP(C)No.23785-94/2010 and connected cases service is not complete as against respondent Nos. 6 to 11. The remaining respondents have not filed counter affidavit inspite of last opportunity granted. In SLP(C)No.31288/2010 and connected cases service is still awaited on respondent No.6 to 8, 11, 14 to 16,18 to 20 and 22. Respondent No. 2,3, 4 and 10 have filed Vakalatnama but counter affidavit not filed inspite of last opportunity granted. In SLP(C)No.31295/2010 and connected cases Respondent No. 1 to 2 and 3 to 5 have filed Vakalatnama but counter affidavit not filed. It is submitted on behalf of Mr. ..3/ Item No.64 : 3 : Gopal Singh, advocate that full set of pleadings have
