It is further submitted that in SLP (C) No. 22920 of 2008 Entitled A.P.S Shergill Anr. (Lrs. of N. Gill) Versus Kuldip Singh And Ors. filed by the petitioner herein referred to on Annexure P7 while granting leave, appeal (Civil Appeal No. 9751 of 2010) was allowed on 18.11.2010 by the Hon'ble Court (Copy of order dated 18.11.2010 is annexed as Annexure P7 at page no. 120121 in the paper books).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
