The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 06th December, 2013 of the High Court of Judicature, Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in A. S. No. 1634 of 2001.

The matter above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court (IN CHAMBER) on 10th March, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Subject to deposit of costs of Rs. 500/- with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks from today, the delay in refiling the Special Leave Petition is condoned. In default, the Special Leave Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that counsel for the Petitioner has on 23rd March, 2015 filed original receipt of deposit a sum of Rs. 500/- dated 18th March, 2015 with Supreme Court Legal Service Committee. The same is within time.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) Nos. 25367-25368 of 2014 arising out of common order was dismissed by the Hon'ble Court on 8 th October, 2014. (A copy of Record of Proceeding dated 8 th October, 2014 is enclosed herewith)
