UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The office report indicates that the counter affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 is defective. The learned counsel shall within a period of four weeks cure the defects whatever have been found in the said counter affidavit, failing which appropriate order shall follow on the next date. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 3,11,14,15 and 16 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Respondent Nos. 2, 7 and 9 are reported to be dead. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs of the said deceased respondents. The learned counsel for the
petitioner shall within the same period file the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos. 12,13 and 17 and he shall also take appropriate steps for the service of notice to them. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the District Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioner within the period prescribed above. List again on 16.10.2015.
