UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Leave granted. We have heard learned senior counsel for the parties on the prayer for interim relief with regard to confiscation of the dwelling house of the Appellant No. 1 located in Plot Nos. 517 & 518, Ved Nagar, Rukanpura, Patna.
We direct that the aforementioned dwelling house which has been confiscated in terms of the impugned order, shall not be transferred to any third party and any additions or alterations made to the dwelling house by the respondent during the pendency of the appeal before this Court will be at the risk of the respondent.
We make it clear that the respondent may, however, continue to use and occupy the aforesaid dwelling house during the pendency of the appeal.
