Considering the fact that there is dispute pertaining to property and status quo is issued in January, it would be very easy for the petitioner to confirm service by dasti also which is always permitted to be served through the nearest Civil Court/Trial Court with a direction to such Court to confirm service even by affixing the same at the given address if it could not be served in due course. In view of such fact let there be fresh dasti notice on remaining -2- Item No.63 unserved respondents in view of the fact that the ld. Advocate is appearing for respondent Nos. 1,2,8,9 and 10. Served respondents may file counter affidavit. The ld. Advocate appearing for respondent Nos. 1,2,8,9 and 10 is requested to convey their clients that since some of the respondents are relatives they must come forward to appear for all of them or at least they must accept notice.
