"Permission to file the special leave petition is granted.

Mr. Gonsalves, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner shall file all the relevant orders in Writ Petition No.196 of 2001. A copy of this petition be served on Mr. Maninder Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General and Mr. Nishant Katneshwarkar, learned standing counsel for the State of Maharashtra.

Let the matter be listed on 13.04.2016. Registry is directed to reflect the names of Mr. Maninder Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General and Mr. Nishant Katneshwarkar, learned standing counsel for the State of Maharashtra on that day."

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to aforesaid order, counsel for the petitioner has on 11.04.2016 filed the relevant orders in Writ Petition No. 196 of 2001 after serving its copies on Mr. Maninder Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General and Mr. Nishant Katneshwarkar, learned standing counsel for the State of Maharashtra.

It is further submitted that Mr. Sudhanshu S. Choudhari, Advocate has on 12.04.2016 filed an application for intervention alongwith vakalatnama/appearance and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this report. Dated this the 12th day of April, 2016.
