Taking note of the earlier order dated 03.08.2023 passed by this Court in SLP ( C) Nos. 16821-16822 of 2023, the order dated 11.08.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPA Nos. 22219/2022, 22213/2022, 22203/2022 & 22218/20222 is also not justified at this juncture, keeping in view the subject matter involved in the WPA No. 22219/2022 and analogous petitions pending before the High Court. The order dated 11.08.2023 in WPA Nos. 22219/2022, 22213/2022, 22203/2022 & 22218/20222 shall also remain stayed.
