Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.16 to 18 submits that he does not wish to file counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos.1 to 15, 19 to 33, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

However Ms. Astha Sharma, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Respondent No.14 and Ms. Manisha T. Karia, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Respondent No.19.

They seek and are granted four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

After expiry of said period, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court.
