It is submitted that copies of the Show Cause Notice was also sent to Mr. B.K. Prasad, Advocate (Standing Counsel for Union of India) in which Union of India is a party, but he has not filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance on behalf of Respondents/Union of India so far.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the Respondents who have already filed Caveat/Vakalatnama/ Appearance in the said matters, have not filed Counter Affidavit so far.
